Programs
Follow a program, not a playlist
Five structured programs run three to six weeks, ten minutes a day, each built from the same 36-exercise library. Pick by what hurts — lower back, neck and shoulders, or the whole desk-worker package.

Daily session
Ten minutes, and you know exactly what they are
Open the app and today's session is already there — the exercises, the order, the timing. Every exercise has its own spoken instruction telling you what to do, not motivational filler.

Privacy
Your posture photo never leaves your phone
No analytics
The app ships with no analytics, attribution or advertising SDK of any kind. Nothing measures what you tap.
No account
No sign-up, no email, no password. Programs, history and your pain log stay in the app on your device.
On-device analysis
The posture check reads your photo with Apple's Vision framework, on your phone. It is never uploaded — there is no server to upload it to.
The only third party involved is Apple, which handles payment for Premium. Read the full policy.
Five programs, 36 exercises
Every exercise is bodyweight and fits in the space beside a desk. A chair and a wall get used; nothing else does.

Questions
- Do I need any equipment?
- No. Every one of the 36 exercises is bodyweight and works in the space beside a desk or bed. A chair and a wall are used in a few of them.
- How does the posture check work?
- You take a photo with your phone's camera and the app analyses your alignment using Apple's Vision framework. The analysis runs entirely on your device — the image is never uploaded, and there is no server to upload it to.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, no email address and no password. Your programs, history and progress are stored on your device.
- What does it cost?
- The 30-Day Posture Reset program is free. Everything else — the other four programs, the full exercise library and the posture check history — is Premium, available as a subscription with a free trial or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app, in your local currency.
- Is this a substitute for physiotherapy?
- No. Posture Fix is a general fitness and mobility app, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you have pain that is severe, persistent, or follows an injury, see a clinician first.
- Which iPhones does it run on?
- Any iPhone running a current version of iOS. The posture check needs a working camera.
