Including your iPhone model, iOS version and app version helps a lot — you’ll find the app version at the bottom of the Profile tab.

Common fixes

Restore a purchase on a new phone
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with — lifetime access is tied to that Apple ID.
Cancel a subscription
Cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. Open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel anything.
Get a refund
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com rather than through us.
The posture check won't start
It needs camera access. Check Settings → Posture Fix → Camera. If access is on and it still fails, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
Delete your data
Everything the app stores lives on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also clear posture history from within the app.

About the app

Do I need any equipment?
No. Every one of the 36 exercises is bodyweight and works in the space beside a desk or bed. A chair and a wall are used in a few of them.
How does the posture check work?
You take a photo with your phone's camera and the app analyses your alignment using Apple's Vision framework. The analysis runs entirely on your device — the image is never uploaded, and there is no server to upload it to.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email address and no password. Your programs, history and progress are stored on your device.
What does it cost?
The 30-Day Posture Reset program is free. Everything else — the other four programs, the full exercise library and the posture check history — is Premium, available as a subscription with a free trial or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app, in your local currency.
Is this a substitute for physiotherapy?
No. Posture Fix is a general fitness and mobility app, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you have pain that is severe, persistent, or follows an injury, see a clinician first.
Which iPhones does it run on?
Any iPhone running a current version of iOS. The posture check needs a working camera.
