These terms apply to Posture Fix: Back Exercises(“the app”), published by Mykola Mylashko. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Health disclaimer

The app is a general fitness and mobility product. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The posture check produces an estimate from a photograph; it is not a clinical assessment and should not be treated as one.

Talk to a clinician before starting any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have pain that is severe, persistent, or accompanied by numbness, weakness or radiating symptoms. Stop exercising and seek advice if a movement causes pain. You use the exercises at your own risk.

Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own. You may not copy or modify the app, reverse engineer or extract its source code, or use its trademarks or content. All intellectual property in the app, including the exercise content, audio and artwork, remains with Mykola Mylashko.

Premium: subscriptions and lifetime access

• Free tier. The 30-Day Posture Reset program is available without payment.
• Subscriptions. Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, and may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
• Free trial. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you buy.
• Lifetime. The lifetime option is a single payment granting Premium access to the Apple ID that made the purchase, for as long as the app is available.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings, at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds.Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple’s policies and requested through Apple, not through Mykola Mylashko.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may change. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Connectivity and your device

Exercise programs and the posture check work without a network connection. An internet connection is needed to make or restore a purchase. You are responsible for your device, its charge, and any data charges from your carrier.

Changes to the app

Mykola Mylashko may update, change or discontinue the app, and may change which features are free or paid. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, it will be announced in the app in advance.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Mykola Mylashko is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or the exercises in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

These terms apply until ended by you or by Mykola Mylashko. You can end them at any time by deleting the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Mykola Mylashko’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
